Hopefull

I've been a fan of Jess' for a long, long, time. Seeing the new album getting it's way into gear with promo, a new single, etc. just makes me feel so proud of her!

She's coming to my area (about an hour from where I live) on Sept. 18th. I'm crossing my fingers that I finally get to see her. But as of current, outlook is gloomy :/ My step mom says "I don't feel bad if you don't go. You went to MANY concerts this summer and I've never hear you mention her before or ask me to go see her!". ONE, why would I mention going to see a show of hers when there are usually NONE in my area?! Granted I have been very lucky and grateful this summer concert wise, I will not deny that or take it lightly. But a LOT of my friends know she's my idol and this has been a long time coming. Every other time she's been in the area (which is sparse) I couldn't make it due to some reason that was beyond my control.

Sop..I'm putting on my game face, and am determined to see her :) Wish me luck, I'll need all I can get!
