Southern Fried Flicks - TODAY!

Hey guys!

Well it looks like Team Jess is on top of things and already posted the news and the picture I was going to share. Darn it guys, quit being so proactive!! ;0) J/K

Well anyway, I thought I'd remind you that my episode of Hazel Smith's Southern Fried Flicks airs TODAY on CMT at 1pm CENTRAL. Hazel is so unbelievably sweet. I won't tell you what the movie is, but for those of you that haven't watched the show, basically they show a move and in between breaks, Hazel and I chat and eat some of her famous and delicious food. So if you're gonna watch, be prepared to be hungry! ;)

I know I haven't checked in in awhile - things kind of slowed down a bit. But now things are ramping back up and I'm so excited! I get to announce the official add date for "A Woman Needs" in a couple weeks! We're also looking through video treatments, so I should be filming the video for the single in November.

I want to thank all of you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for supporting me - even though things kind of stopped for a minute. You guys are so patient, and thank goodness because I am not a patient person!!! Ha! To share my thanks, we have pretty cool things coming up (like that MESSAGE BOARD we all want back - trust me, I'm on it!) including a fun contest that ties in the what A Woman Needs. I'm so proud of that song and thrilled it will be my next single.

I know you guys are still asking for the record release date, and I can't give that yet. Considering the changes at my label, every artist kind of had to re-tool their plans....but I am very happy with what has been come up with me. I PROMISE you will get the whole record soon! In the meantime, please help me make "A Woman Needs" climb the charts! I will let you know when the single ships to the radio stations so you can start calling and harassing them. ;0)

If you get a chance to flip CMT on a 1pm Central, check the show out and see what kind of tasty dishes Hazel prepared for us. Hmmm, just talking about it is making me hungry!
