Ringtone Release Day (oh, and that birthday thing too ;)

Today is a special day. It’s my 27th Birthday and tomorrow is my 1st Wedding Anniversary! I can’t believe how quickly a year flies by. :) I want to thank everyone on the message board for all of your sweet wishes for me today…you are so lovely to me!

But before I get back to chocolate b-day cupcakes, I wanted to stop in and give everyone a reminder as well as some new information:

First, today is the release day for the “Boy Like Me” ringtone to all carriers (except the iPhone, in which I believe those will be available when the single is for sale on iTunes).

I also wanted to give you a heads up that next Tuesday, the single AND the video were to be released to iTunes. The single will still be available for purchase that day, but because we were a little late in the game getting the video shot and edited, that won’t be available for a bit longer. I don’t have the exact release date yet, but I’ll let you know when I do. I have seen the final edit however, and I think it turned out wonderfully, so I hope it’s worth the wait!

In random news, it’s been extremely cold here for Nashville, which means fires have been blazing at my house every night. However due to my natural tendency for clumsiness and the small size of our fireplace, it seems that in several battles of me vs. the fireplace, the fireplace has won a few times. So the next time you see me and my right arm is covered in mysterious scars/burn wounds – you’ll know why. ;)

I should have al little more news for you next week, as well as a date/time for a live chat on my message board. For those of you who haven’t participated in one before, please stop by. I’ll hang out for a couple hours and answer any questions you might have for me at the moment.

Hope all is well. Can you believe it’s February? I’m trying to soak in every moment, knowing that once things are fully up and running for me, I’ll blink and two years will have passed! :)
